• Data processing agreements (DPA) are in place with all service providers. (CH/EU equivalent)

 

Transfers to third countries
For transfers outside Switzerland/the EU/the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions (e.g., EU for Switzerland) or appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses), or, where applicable, EU-US DPF or Swiss-US DPF for certified US recipients. Details are available from the respective service provider.

Storage period
We only store personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes or legal obligations; thereafter, it is deleted or anonymized.
