In over 25 years of international transformation projects, I have seen one thing time and time again: structures, methods, and processes alone do not bring lasting success.

Many initiatives fail not because of technology, but because of people. Unclear roles, outdated ways of thinking, obstructive cultures, conflicts - these are the real stumbling blocks on the path to transformation and sustainability.

Success begins in the mind – and so does failure.
The way we think, feel, and act determines our impact. Mindset is not a soft factor. It is the lever for transformation.

My motivation is to inspire executives and organizations to develop new leadership skills and build resilient structures – in the age of digitalization and AI.

I combine systemic mentoring with the latest findings from neuroscience and consciousness research, cultural development with my decades of experience in organizational design with AI.

About me.
As a child of Generation X, I was able to enjoy a humanistic education - coupled with an analytical mind. My path began in IT and led me through process design and business architecture into the world of transformation.
I was at home in business analysis, automation and process architecture - and quickly realised that it's not the methods alone that make transformation successful. It's the people - and how they interact with each other.

Training as a business mediator opened up new spaces for me:
Systemic thinking, neuroscience and consciousness development became my foundation.

I am deeply rooted in a value system that emphasises co-creation, responsibility and respectful collaboration. It is clear to me that what we create today will influence generations to come.
​
2015 was a turning point: my burnout showed me that pure analysis is not enough. What is really needed is a growth mindset, emotional clarity and a meaningful vision.
​
And today, I live by the principle of lifelong learning. I continue to develop myself and Mindtrain so that our customers can benefit from the latest knowledge and experience. I have embraced AI as a potential and a tool, and I am integrating it into the organization and processes.
